Ray Miller Park is one of Precinct 4's more thoughtful parks, including an arbor, four benches, a boardwalk, a drinking fountain, two gazebos, a memorial to Denise Edwards Eads, ‘Denise’s Playground’, 11 Picnic Tables, two playgrounds, six purple martin birdhouses, the Tagore Grove and the Rabindranath Tagore statue, and a wildflower area.
